Hi everyone, this is a new column in this far too crowded tumblr where I highlight what this awesome thing the Internet is gave me last week. I constantly try to remember things I read/watched/liked and I think it’s time to curate something to remedy that.

I started the week with @hotdogsladies and @danbenjamin yelling inspiring things to my mind on Back To Work ep. 9 “Out Of Scope!”. Yes, I’m pretty late to that, and I’m impressed I found a way to survive before.

I got later inspired by Noah Strokes and his interview on The Great Discontent, which is quickly becoming one of my favorite places on the web. Talking about Noah this post made me think a lot about my life as I approach many changes.

I saw a lot about the meaning of life in this cartoon and in this gif (source)

I re-read this amazing post by Austin Kleon (can’t wait for his book) and I got pretty shocked when I found myself agreeing with Rainn “Dwight” Wilison’s opposite opinion on the same matter. Also relevant: this post by @heywhipple.

I don’t remember what this was all about but @mrgan is quoted in it so it must be awesome, right?

CATS ARE SO 2011!

Please erase this from my mind, I haven’t played nothing else ever since. I hate catchy tunes. No I don’t. Blurgh, I do.

I wished @swissmiss was my mom thanks to this talk (joking, you’re awesome biological mother!).

It took me 2 days to get this video to play, but Spiekermann is worth waaay more than that. Oh, also this.

I bookmarked this as we approach a new horde of Apple trolls.

Shawn Blanc made a valid point about the stuff we surround ourself with. Spoiler: it’s just stuff.

Tumblr office looks cool. FYI, that’s not a Pomeranian but a fluffy white ball with a couple of @topherchris googley eyes.

“Do” released an awesome promo video, they made me want to run for president just to use the app.

Born To Learn was a fun and informative video to watch, can’t wait for more!

Nerd stuff alert: iOS multitasking explained, or why it’s useless to close apps 90% of the time. (blog post)

Jessica Hische shared a lot of awesomeness in this lengthy Build video.

Tron Legacy software artist Josh Nimoy kindly shared his process and tools with us.

I don’t always get excited by a car advertising, but when I do it’s because they’re brilliant.

To close the recap, I want this in my life soon, yay Samsung for actually making something interesting once in a while!
